Untuk dalam negeri:

1. BUYER MENGAJUKAN LOI (LETTER OF INTERESTED) atau PO (Purchase Order) ber-kop surat perusahaan BUYER ( bila ada) kepada/ Attn. Mister Exportir.com yang berisikan Detail Customer/ pembeli, contact person, detail products, total kuantiti, HS.code, terma pembelian ( FOB atau include ongkir sampai tujuan) , packing. Dll kepada/ Attn. Mister Exportir.Com
2. SELLER akan mengeluarkan FCO ( full corporate offer) yang berisikan spek barang, harga barang, harga terma penjualan, dan beserta Sales Contract / MOU disertai stampel dan signature SELLER dan Buyer dan dibubuhi materai 6000.
3. Setelah konfirmasi kesepakatan dan cleared, Seller akan menerbitkan Packing list dan Commercial Invoice dan menyerahkan kepada Buyer.
4. Buyer akan mengirimkan sejumlah total dana berdasarkan invoice kepada Seller Bank account.
5. Seller akan mengirimkan barang yang dibeli oleh Buyer ke tempat dimana pihak buyer berada/ Buyer’s address.
6. Apabila barang sudah diterima oleh Buyer, maka harap dicek segera dan memberikan feedback ke website www.Misterexportir.com ( Wajib).
7. Waktu untuk mengajukan komplain adalah 3 hari setelah barang diterima oleh buyer. Setelah itu, Pihak Mr.Exportir Tidak bertanggung jawab apabila ada kerusakan atau ketidaksesuaian.

Untuk Export:

1. BUYER MENGAJUKAN LOI (LETTER OF INTERESTED) ATAU ICPO (irrevocable corporate of purchase order) ber-kop surat perusahaan BUYER ( bila ada) yang berisikan Detail Customer/ pembeli, contact person, detail products, total kuantiti, HS.code, terma pembelian ( FOB atau CFR/CIF) , packaging, pembayaran (Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or LC/SBLC) . Dll kepada/ Attn. Mister Exportir.Com
2. SELLER akan mengeluarkan FCO ( full corporate offer) yang berisikan spek barang, harga barang, harga terma penjualan, dan beserta Sales Contract / MOU disertai stamp dan signature SELLER dan Buyer.
3. Setelah konfirmasi kesepakatan dan cleared, Seller akan menerbitkan Packing list dan Commercial Invoice dan menyerahkan kepada Buyer.
4. Buyer sebagai applicant/importir akan menerbitkan draft LC ( jika payment terms by LC) dan mengirimkan ke pihak Seller/ Mister Exportir sebagai beneficiary untuk dicek lebih lanjut.
5. Jika sudah cleared, maka Buyer akan membuka original LC on.
6. Seller/benficiary akan menerima instrument LC via Beneficiary Bank yang ditunjuk di Indonesia dan mulai untuk muat barang ke kapal/airline sesuai ketentuan di LC.
7. Seller akan mendapatkan Original BL ( Bill of lading) atau AWB (aerobill) dari shipping.
8. Seller menyerahkan data-data/dokumen-dokumen ke benerficiary bank di Indonesia berupa PL, invoice, BL/AWB, COO dll yg diperlukan untuk disubmit berdasarkan prosedur di LC.
9. Beneficary bank akan mengirimkan seluruh document ke Buyer / applicant Bank.
10. Setelah Applicant bank sudah menerima seluruh dokumen dari beneficiary bank dan telah mengecek kelengkapannya, maka applicant bank akan mengirimkan sejumlah dana berdasarkan total invoice kepada beneficiary bank. Dan beneficiary bank akan mentransfer ke no.rek Seller / Mister Exportir bank account
